Try this nourishing Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for a healthy on-the-go breakfast or snack. Just 7 ingredients, this creamy treat is bursting with fall flavor and is vegan, gluten and dairy free!
1 can light coconut milk, chilled
3 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Blend everything together. Pour into two cups and enjoy!
