If your item arrives and it’s not true love, go to the RETURNS section of our site to start Return/Exchange process. You will be given an RA # by our Returns Dept. Then, pop that baby in the mail and make sure we receive it within 14 days of when it was delivered to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which these days, is less than the price of an umbrella drink by the pool--just not as fun.

The really crucial thing you have to know: We hold a high standard for the goods we sell, so the item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition with tags and any hygienic liners in-tact. All incoming items are inspected by a team of pros and anything that’s been damaged, soiled, laundered or missing tags will be returned to you and no credit will be issued. You know, it has to be perfect, just like you are. Oh, lastly, as jewelry is a specialty item, they are final sale and cannot be returned, but they sparkle and make great gifts.
